**Overview** BroadPath is hiring licensed agents fluent in Cantonese and English for a seasonal, fully remote role. Help customers explore Medicare Advantage and Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP), confirm eligibility, explain benefits, and guide them to the right coverage. Make a difference from the comfort of your home! **Responsibilities** + Answer inbound calls from prospective members and conduct thorough needs assessments to determine eligibility for Medicare and D-SNP plans. + Use active listening and in-depth knowledge to complete a thorough needs analysis and recommend a plan that fits  + Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects  + Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process  **Qualifications** + Must be fluent in English and Cantonese + Active resident Health Insurance Producer License  + Ability to obtain health insurance license in Missouri + High School Diploma or equivalent  + At least one successful season as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent supporting Medicare and/or D-SNP in a telesales environment + Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage, D-SNP eligibility requirements, and the populations served **Compensation Highlights** ** ** + Salaries starting at $22, with potential to earn more based on experience  + Training completion bonus for those that have a 95% or higher attendance during training, and 100% attendance first week of production  + End-of-season bonus based on performance, attendance, and client metrics  + Project-specific incentives (details provided during your interview)  + Bonus details will be provided during training  **Diversity Statement** _At BroadPath, diversity is our strength.
