Sales and Marketing Associate | Entry-Level | Paid Training | Nonprofit & Brand Outreach

As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in executing face-to-face marketing campaigns that raise awareness, generate leads, and support impactful causes.
What You’ll Do:
Represent top nonprofit organizations and consumer brands at live events and retail promotions
Engage with potential donors and customers through high-energy, personal interactions
Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and donor retention initiatives
Use CRM software to track campaign performance and client interactions
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales and marketing goals
Attend regular training sessions, workshops, and leadership coaching
Who You Are:
Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required
No prior experience needed—paid training provided
