This is a remote position.
We’re seeking a meticulous Remote Typist Data Entry Specialist to support our project teams by ensuring fast, accurate data entry and document transcription. Working in a remote capacity, you’ll play a vital role in converting raw project information—whether handwritten notes, design directives, or meeting minutes—into clean, organized digital content that fuels our architectural workflow.
Accurately transcribe handwritten or verbal notes, sketches, and correspondence into typed digital formats using your remote workstation.
Enter project-related data—client details, drawing annotations, task logs, or minimum specifications—maintaining precision and clarity.
Format documents and maintain consistency in styles, naming conventions, text layout, and data structure.
Proofread and verify entered data for accuracy, making corrections as necessary to uphold quality standards.
Organize and structure data files to ensure ease of retrieval for design and project teams—including those working remote .
Communicate effectively with team members to clarify unclear entries or follow up on missing information across onsite and remote workflows.
Suggest enhancements to transcription, file naming, or data entry workflows that support efficiency in a remote environment.
Maintain confidentiality of all client and project information, with secure handling of sensitive data in a remote setup.
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant administrative or technical coursework is a plus.
Proven experience in fast, accurate typing; familiarity with architecture or design terminology is helpful.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly for managing digital records in a remote context.
Solid command of document and spreadsheet tools; keen to adapt to new software platforms.
Clear written communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members—especially when working remote .
