Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Vestavia, Alabama. In this role, you will support daily office operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities: - Manage inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. - Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism. - Assist with billing tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing. - Maintain and organize office files, records, and other important documentation. - Utilize computer programs and CRM software to complete administrative tasks efficiently. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly. - Support the team with clerical duties such as scheduling, data entry, and preparing reports. - Coordinate office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and functional. - Assist with any additional tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs. - Familiarity with CRM systems and their applications in administrative work. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively. - Experience managing inbound calls and performing receptionist duties. - Knowledge of billing processes and related administrative tasks. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in clerical work. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
