Description We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to provide essential administrative and organizational support for our team in Springdale, Arkansas. This Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking to ensure smooth office operations. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and supporting daily office functions. Responsibilities: - Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure quick access to important records. - Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required. - Monitor office supply levels and place orders to maintain adequate inventory. - Keep the office environment clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. - Coordinate repair and maintenance requests for office equipment and facilities. - Manage schedules by arranging appointments, meetings, and conference calls for staff. - Organize travel bookings, including accommodations and transportation, for team members. - Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes during office meetings for distribution. - Respond to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. - Input, update, and verify accuracy of data within company systems and databases. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is preferred. - Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is advantageous. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks. - Ability to prioritize work efficiently and adapt to changing deadlines. - Friendly and detail-oriented approach when engaging with internal and external contacts. - Capability to work independently while also contributing to team efforts.
