Description We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Pasadena, California, on a contract basis. In this role, you will focus on efficiently managing storage areas, maintaining accurate inventories, and ensuring the proper organization of office supplies and materials. Responsibilities: - Organize and oversee storage areas, including closets, cabinets, shelves, and other designated spaces. - Ensure items are properly labeled and stored according to established guidelines and procedures. - Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate records of stored items. - Update inventory systems to reflect any changes or adjustments. - Work with department heads to understand storage needs and implement effective storage plans. - Develop solutions for storing items based on size, fragility, and accessibility requirements. - Assist in the retrieval of stored items to support team operations. - Maintain a clean and organized storage environment. - Coordinate with administrative staff to address storage-related challenges.
