Description A reputable benefits provider based in West Hollywood is seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant for a temp-to-hire position. In this role, you'll take ownership of essential administrative tasks, including document imaging, mail processing, answering phone calls, providing occasional backup support to the receptionist, and tackling special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a "can-do" attitude, and is comfortable standing for extended periods throughout the workday. This position offers consistent hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks to recharge. Parking is fully covered, and the pay range is competitive at $23-$26 per hour.
