Key Responsibilities:

Assist with routine office tasks, including answering phone calls and delivering messages
Review and follow up on reports, including orders, recertifications, and unverified visits
Maintain up-to-date medical records by scanning documents promptly and performing audits as required
Complete discharge chart reviews, process orders to/from physicians, and track them for timely receipt
Communicate professionally with internal team members and external sources, such as physicians, patients, families, and referral sources

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and proficiency with clerical/business machine functions
Excellent telephone communication skills
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail
