Experienced Residential Painter

Phillips Home Improvements is looking for an Experienced Residential Painter with a clean van or truck, tools, and professional experience as a subcontractor  to renew homes in the DFW area.

Do you have verifiable experience with residential repainting and carpentry repairs, including:

• Power washing
• Masking
• Painting exteriors (spraying)
• Spraying cabinets & paneling
• Staining, refinishing doors & cabinets
• Replace & install interior trim & crown moulding
• Replace & install exterior trim & siding

Requirements

We are looking for experienced painting crews that own their business and want steady, high-volume projects. To qualify, your crew must:

• Submit a current W-9
• Provide valid IDs for all crew chiefs and 10 years of experience for crew members
• Have reliable vehicles, proof of vehicle insurance, and full painting tool sets
• Handle interior and exterior texture work and light carpentry—including siding, fascias, trim, baseboards, and molding

Buscamos cuadrillas de pintura con negocio propio que deseen proyectos constantes y de alto volumen. Requisitos:
• Entregar un W-9 vigente

• Presentar identificación oficial de cada integrante

• Contar con vehículo confiable, seguro vehicular y todas las herramientas necesarias

• Realizar texturizado interior y exterior y carpintería ligera, incluyendo revestimientos, fachadas, molduras, zoclos y acabados
