We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist who is highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems and platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands the importance of data accuracy and confidentiality.
Accurately input data into internal systems and databases.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or deficiencies and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain and update customer, client, and vendor records as needed.
Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all entered data.
Assist in generating reports and data summaries for management.
Perform regular quality checks and data audits.
Collaborate with other departments to verify and validate information.
Follow company data management policies and best practices.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with database software and CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
