Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and implement chemical processes to support production capacity, yield improvements, and quality initiatives
  • Manage and execute capital projects aligned with site operational and strategic plans
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing production processes to improve efficiency, safety, and compliance
  • Conduct data analysis and process modeling to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, EHS, and quality, to support continuous improvement and technology transfer efforts
  • Ensure adherence to industry safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal protocols

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 2 years of chemical engineering or related manufacturing experience, with hands-on exposure to process simulation tools, chemical process design, and application of process safety standards
